when i get home from work everyday, this is what i find on my clothes...
its not the same everyday thought, it really depends on what is on the menu

for the day... its funny, cos i'm not the one eating those stuffs... its the kids...

but i wonder how they always end up on me... hahaa

our posture has to be right when we pick a child up... but i sometimes forget, plus i dont
always have the time to squat before i carry them... so now my back is hurting so bad, Ahhh...
